1. Exchanges
You're entitled to an exchange if the product has a manufacturing defect or a production error, and we'll remake it at no additional cost to you.

2. Spelling & Language Errors
We'll send you a final proof before production begins. Please review it carefully (text, names, numbers, and colors). Once you approve the proof, the store is not responsible for any spelling or language errors it contains.

3. How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and attach clear photos showing the defect. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
